All of Prolink's products are designed to make SPC simple and easy to perform with as little human interaction as possible. They have the ability to perform either as a complete SPC solution or as an integrated complement to an existing statistics package.  

  Our flagship product, QC-CALC Enterprise, is the first software program to provide one data collection and display interface for all CMMs and Vision CMMs without operator intervention. QC-CALC Enterprise consists of QC-CALC Real-Time for data collection and QC-CALC SPC for data analysis. The automatic database creation, data collection, and display of QC-CALC Real-Time have been fine-tuned to make the interface so easy the graphs just appear. The data analysis capabilities of QC-CALC SPC enable you to closely monitor your manufacturing process. For the multi-CMM environment QC-CALC Real-Time and QC-CALC SPC can be purchased separately to make the solution more cost effective. QC-CALC Real-Time would be used on each CMM to collect the data and QC-CALC SPC would be used at the manager's desk.  

QC-Gage is a product that is used to get your data from hand-held gages into QC-CALC. In QC-Gage a "Spec Plan" is created to instruct the operator on the correct order of feature measurement and to collect and organize the data. This "Spec Plan" includes the nominals and tolerances for each feature to be measured and will send this information to QC-CALC Gage Central once inspection has been completed. A single QC-Gage copy supports multiplexors with multiple gages connected. A single copy of QC-CALC Gage Central can collect your gage data from multiple networked copies of QC-Gage. Together QC-Gage and QC-CALC Gage Central are an economical solution to your gaging needs.  

  We are proud to introduce the new SPC Office Buddy. The Buddy is a revolutionary new product that allows you to run reports directly in Minitab using the data collected from your CMM by QC-CALC Real-Time. No more hand entering the data or nominals and tolerances! The Buddy reads QC-CALC databases, allows you to filter your data quickly, and then runs the Minitab report of your choice with one click. When combined with QC-CALC Real-Time, the Buddy is the first complete solution to get the inspection results from your CMM or Vision CMM into Minitab.
