Premium Support Calls

Each Premium Support Call is equivalent to one support issue even though it may span multiple literal phone calls.  When you call our support line, we will give you a support ticket number for your issue.  While the ticket is unresolved, use this ticket number to speak to our support personnel without being charged for a new issue.

We sell phone calls in batches of 5 or 10 as a convenience to our customers.  This way, you won't need to have your credit card ready each time a support issue occurs.

It is always recommended that you purchase support calls when purchasing software as it will save you time getting purchasing approval later.

We continue to offer free support via our Support Center.

All new customers receive 2 FREE Support Calls with their first purchase.
