Floating Bar Report
The
Floating Bar chart allows you to compare the variation of multiple features against each other. Since each feature would have different nominals and tolerances, the specification limits have been normalized to 100.%. This way, when you put them side by side, the variation is compared as a percentage of the specification limits and not the actual numbers. Features where there are parts that break the spec limits are shown in red allowing you to quickly glance at your criticals to see how you are doing. Of course, you can look at them over various factors or time periods to group the data as desired.
