Enterprise Report Scheduler (ERS) Automated Reporting System

Introduction
The Enterprise Report Scheduler 4.2 (ERS) is an interactive, automatic report generation and data visualization tool offering an enhanced view of quality data. Its interactive charting functionality allows quick filtering and grouping as well as drill down functionality through live chart elements. Analysis can be memorized and scheduled into a report to delivery via email or QC-Mobile's web-based interface.

The advanced QC reports in ERS are designed to provide a rolled-up overview of the quality conditions within the factory or across factories. Rather than simply reporting on one part number, automated reports can be run that compare the capability of all critical characteristics across all parts, cells, or even factories.


How It Works
The data needed to create the ERS reports is populated directly from QC-CALC into the SQL Server central database.

Reports, dashboards, and other deliverables are scheduled as automated reports and can be run either as an application or offline centrally using a Windows service.
