SYMPTOM

You get a dimension count mismatch error.

CAUSE

This error happens when you change the number of dimensions in an inspection routine or if the inspection routine does not finish a part.

RESOLUTION

If the inspection machine did not finish the part you can simply ignore this warning. The next part will continue normally.

If you have changed a part program, you should delete or rename the old .QCC file so QC-CALC will relearn the part. The path to the .QCC file is in the top title bar of the QC-CALC Real-Time window. Simply navigate to this path in Windows Explorer and either rename the file or delete it.

Applies To

QC-CALC Real-Time v.3.0
