You don’t get some features into QC-CALC
CAUSE
There are several conditions that could prevent features in your inspection program from showing up in QC-CALC. You may have forgotten to give the feature a name or give it valid nominal and tolerance values, all required by QC-CALC. Some inspection machines require you to mark a feature for statistics.
RESOLUTION
- Make sure all features are named.
- Make sure all features have valid nominals and tolerances
- Check the feature in your inspection software and make sure Plus Tolerance - Minus Tolerance is greater than zero, and make sure the feature is selected for statistics if your machine requires that.
