You don’t get some features into QC-CALC

There are several conditions that could prevent features in your inspection program from showing up in QC-CALC. You may have forgotten to give the feature a name or give it valid nominal and tolerance values, all required by QC-CALC. Some inspection machines require you to mark a feature for statistics.

  1. Make sure all features are named.
  2. Make sure all features have valid nominals and tolerances
  3. Check the feature in your inspection software and make sure Plus Tolerance - Minus Tolerance is greater than zero, and make sure the feature is selected for statistics if your machine requires that.
