Introduction
The following table lists possible tags for Excel Jobs within SPC Office Buddy. When tagging your template spreadsheet, you may optionally use the following tags. If you do so, the automatic find feature will assign the default replacement (right column) to the tag found (left column). All replacements can be edited, and these are only set as a default. However, it does help to both standardize your tag names and reduce the work required to set up an Excel Job.
For example, by default, a tag that is found will be assigned to the replacement item of {Blank}. However, if you used a tag such as [actuals], it would automatically be assigned to {Actuals Current Column}. This saves you the step of doing the assignment yourself in the Excel Options screen in Buddy's Excel Job Wizard.
NOTE: This table is available in the help file in newer Buddy versions. Use the Help > Contents (F1) menu, then look in the "Excel Jobs" > "Report Items" area for any of the "Auto Match Tag Names" items. Different versions will have different items available, so you should verify what your version has available.
