SYMPTOM
I only see Cpk in QC-CALC, but my customer requires Ppk in the reports that I send. Is there some way to get Ppk into the reports and the graphs?
RESOLUTION
There is an option in QC-CALC that shows Ppk instead of Cpk on-screen and in all reports. In the Tools > Options > Global > Other section there is a checkbox that will enable this feature. Check the Show Ppk instead of Cpk box and you will now see Ppk throughout the program.
