Each of these CMM outputs sends us enough information that we can identify the combinations of incoming characteristics that should be combined to calculate and apply a bonus tolerance.
We can identify the:
- True Position
- Diameter
- Whether it is a Pin (OD) or Hole (ID)
- Potentially also the X, and Y features for a visual scatter plot as well.
